Helen Davies

Helen Davies heads the property team. She deals with a range of commercial and residential property and some partnership work.

Helen’s recent work includes hotels, farm diversification projects (including holiday units, business starter units and pioneering work on some of the first wind turbine sites), pubs for both owner managers and investors, investment portfolios and development sites.

Helen has been a council member of the Law Society, representing the West Country and Gwent since 1995. She is also a member and past Chair of the Law Society’s Property Section and is joint Chair of the Law Society’s taskforce on Home Information Packs.
