Helen Davies

Helen Davies heads the property team. She deals with a range of commercial and residential property and some partnership work.

Helen’s recent work includes hotels, farm diversification projects (including holiday units and business starter units), pubs for both owner managers and investors, investment portfolios, planning agreements and development sites.

Helen has considerable experience in acting for landowners on renewable energy projects, from the first UK commercial wind farm in Delabole to more recently, solar energy projects. Her interest in the area led her to complete a masters degree in environmental law.

Helen has been a council member of the Law Society, representing the West Country and Gwent since 1995. She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Law Society's Conveyancing Handbook
