Selling Your Property
The process of selling a property usually comprises 10 basic steps. We successfully handle many residential property sales each year in the Launceston area and beyond. Our experienced property team will expertly guide you through each of these steps and keep you informed of progress throughout the whole sale process.
The 10 steps to selling your property:

We will request your Title Deeds or title information document and ask you to complete detailed forms about your property. |

We will prepare the contract papers, a package of information about your property and send this to your buyer’s solicitor. We will also answer any specific additional enquiries raised by your buyer’s solicitor in order to ensure speedy completion. |

We will obtain a settlement figure for your mortgage and any other secured loans. |
| 4 |
We will agree a convenient completion date on which you can move out and co-ordinate any other sales in the chain. |
| 5 |
We will obtain a deposit from the buyer’s solicitor. |
| 6 |
We will prepare a final account showing all the financial transactions. |
| 7 |
We will approve the Transfer Deed and arrange for you to sign it. |
| 8 |
We will pay off any mortgage or secured loan and estate agents fees. |
| 9 |
We will send the Title Deeds and Transfer Deed to the buyer’s solicitor. |
| 10 |
We will then prepare a detailed statement and send any balance of the money to you. |
